A renowned company in philippines is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team
for an initial 8 week basis.
This is a temporary assignment that requires an immediate start and will pay an hourly.
Your day to day will consist of:
To support wider team with general administration duties.
Ordering stationary for the office as required.
Organise meetings, draft agenda and minutes.
To have responsibility for various tasks.
Calendar management including extensive travel arrangements.
Supporting a busy office.
Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
Ad hoc administration tasks including preparing meeting documentation, collating data and creating reports.
